No police officer stand around TKP (Some time a police closed eyes). We just protect our selves. TIPS : Keep a lot of money, purse, credit cart/ATM etc inside lugage before we left house/room, we keep small money inside jacket's pocket included hp/ID/Passport/tickets ; 2. Be care full with people surrounding us, who suspicious act (turn on our feeling). We move away if any ones suspicious pick-pocketted.
