SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY BASED ON ACCESS CONTROL MODEL
AS ONE OF PLANTATION LAND DISPUTE RESOLUTION IN EAST JAVA

abstract
Settlement of land disputes involving estates and public enterprise using corporate social res-ponsibility (CSR) for the provision of in kind at least proven to solve the problem in several land plantation estates in East Java Indonesia. Constraints that arise from the use of CSR as a land dispute is the lack of accountability and transparency of companies that could potentially lead to new conflicts. This paper deals based Access Control model through field study in Malang, Blitar municipal of CSR in the form of shares of stock (natura) for minimalizing CSR constraints in land dispute resolution estate. Estates dispute resolution strategy using the concept of CSR-based on access control which means controlling CSR mechanism can not be implemented to the whole land dispute since the management, social characteristic, risk each estate differ according to the circumstances.
